Our client seeks an Epic Certified Senior Professional Billing Claims Analyst for a full-time, remote position, joining their expanding team of Senior Analysts.

Location: Remote (Southeast U.S.: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, Virginia)
Responsibilities:
- Leverage expertise in Epic PB Claims to analyze, configure, and enhance the billing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of billing solutions.
- Manage formalized change processes and adhere to change windows for system updates.
- Provide support for various components including Claims, Remittance, Rules, Insurance Payor/Plan records, Claim edits, Claim Forms, WQs, claim denials, auto activity mapping, and self-pay claim forms.
- Preferred experience in SBO certification and PB Resolute build, particularly in charge router, workbench, and radar functionalities.
- Demonstrate versatility by engaging in diverse projects and wearing multiple hats as required.
Requirements:
- Epic PB Claims Certification and a minimum of 7 years of hands-on build experience.
- In-depth understanding of claims processes and systems including remittance, rules, insurance payer/plan records, claim edits, and claim forms.
- Familiarity with SBO certification and PB Resolute build is preferred, especially in charge router and workbench/radar.
- Strong cross-functional skills with the ability to adapt to various roles within the team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
