Senior Director - Revenue (Healthcare)

We (Our Client) are currently on a hunt for a

Senior Director - Revenu Cycle to join their team in Columbus,OH.

Here are exiting responsibilities..

As a Senior Director you have the responsibility for the strategic, operational, and financial direction and oversight of multiple departmental units within the revenue cycle.

You will coordinate with other senior leadership to ensure that all operational revenue functions are aligned and optimised to meet or exceed customer requirements, maximise cash collections, and minimise cost to collect.

Customers include patients, physicians, payers, vendors, and associates.

The System Director of Revenue Cycle will be responsible for the revenue cycle entities and will work to appropriately integrate and facilitate best practices, achieve efficiencies that align with company's strategic plan while maintaining quality, compliance and service delivery standards. We would love to hear from you if :

You have Bachelor's degree.

You have minimum 10 years of

Revenue Cycle Experience with hospitals and physician practices.

Experience with Epic, PB Billing and HB Billing.

Must have strong leadership experience with team of at least 100.

Minimum 5 years leadership experience in Revenue Cycle.
