Sabre is looking for a Program Manager for our Business Operations team. This Principal will lead programs for the airline Care teams focusing on implementations of products, processes and workflows. You will have a global impact on internal programs ensuring milestones are met, designating project resources, preparing budgets, mitigating risk, monitoring progress and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.

This is a highly visible role as you will be working closely with our Care leadership team along with functional business leaders so strong verbal, written and presentation skills are essential for this role.

This is a hybrid role based in Montevideo.

Role and Responsibilities:

Determine and define program scope and objectives

Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements

Track costs in order to meet budget

Develop and manage a detailed schedule and work plan

Provide updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

Forecast and mitigate risk related to program

Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire program and project execution

Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed using preferred methodology

Measure program performance to identify areas for improvement

Manage additional projects related to this area of business

Education and Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience with focus on program management

Degree in relevant field

Proven success leading and managing large programs and projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Program management of technology implementations highly preferred

Able to influence various teams in order to reach common goal

Impeccable oral and written communication skills, with the ability to create and present to various levels of leadership

Ability to work under tight deadlines

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve problems creatively

Proficient with project management software tools (Salesforce and Genesis), methodologies, and best practices

Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

Able to participate in global calls

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
