As a Permanent Project Engineer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to our mission to push boundaries in the Engineering industry. This role will require you to be at the forefront of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring that all work is in line with our quality standards and project requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of project engineering from conception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

2. Utilize AutoCAD to design and implement engineering solutions, ensuring accuracy and precision in all technical drawings and specifications.

3. Manage project schedules using GAANT charts, tracking progress and adjusting timelines as necessary to meet project goals.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure project objectives are met.

5. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

6. Perform risk management to minimize project risks, identifying potential problems before they occur and implementing solutions.

7. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, management, and team members, ensuring all parties are informed of project status and changes.

8. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

9. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards, maintaining a safe and risk-free workplace.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on managing large-scale, complex projects.

3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, GAANT, and other project management software.

4. Proven ability to manage all aspects of an engineering project, from planning to implementation.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions.

6. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management.

7. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

8. Knowledge of safety protocols and industry regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and risk-free workplace.

9. A team player mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

10. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
