iCallidus is seeking a skilled Web Developer/IT Specialist with strong data analysis capabilities to join our health communications team. This role is critical for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing web platforms that effectively communicate health messages. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in web development with the ability to analyze web performance data and user interactions to enhance the effectiveness of digital communication strategies.

Responsibilities:

Web Development: Design and develop responsive, accessible, and visually appealing websites and web applications.

Maintenance and Upgrades: Regularly update and maintain existing web properties to ensure functionality, security, and compliance with the latest technology standards.

Security Implementation: Implement and monitor web security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with legal standards, including HIPAA where applicable.

Technical Support: Provide technical support for web-related issues to internal teams and end-users, ensuring efficient operation.

Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, content strategists, and data analysts to integrate visual, textual, and data-driven content into web designs.

SEO Optimization and Analytics: Implement SEO best practices and use web analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on website traffic and user engagement metrics.

Data Analysis: Collect and analyze digital data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize health communication strategies.

Accessibility Compliance: Ensure that all web development projects comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, making websites accessible to all users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of professional web development experience, with a demonstrated ability to incorporate data analysis into web projects.

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery) and familiarity with server-side frameworks (e.g., PHP, Python, Ruby).

Content Management Systems: Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.

Database and Analytics Skills: Proficiency in database management and familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

Security Practices: Knowledge of web security practices and data protection protocols.

Project Management: Proven ability to manage web development projects from conception to deployment.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies and rapidly changing digital landscapes.

Employment Type:

Full Time, on-site work, must live within a 10-15 mile radius, comfortably and reasonably commute to client’s location in Atlanta, GA. Also, must be willing to travel to client’s other locations nationwide, as needed.
