Position: Enterprise Project Coordinator (EPC)
Job Summary:
The Enterprise Project Coordinator (EPC) helps align MCA resources to facilitate customer requests. MCA’s relationships with strategic accounts are a high priority and require an individual with extensive sales, customer service, and technical knowledge. The EPC role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to carry requests, tickets, projects while utilizing the appropriate MCA resources.
Duties and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
Attend customer meetings and provide follow-up notes/action item plans
Generate tickets, projects, and coordinate sales activities as requested
Primary internal point of contact on all assigned projects
Responsible for obtaining and validating proposals through various MCA sources and dispatching 3rd party resources for onsite projects
Interfacing between customers and all departments of MCA
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the customer's organization
Document and share best practices and processes within MCA
Provide regular updates and reporting on customer account performance and progress towards goals
Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to ensure seamless service delivery and support for the customer
Generate reports for internal use to align departments with customer needs
Schedule and facilitate quarterly business reviews (reporting, slide preparation, notes, etc)
High alignment with Account Executive
Review project timeliness and milestones with customer PM’s and ensure invoicing accuracy
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work independently
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate
Credentials and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Previous experience using Project Management Software is a plus
High proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft applications
5-7 years of experience in a project related position
A successful EPC helps our strategic clients fully leverage MCA’s resources to scale their businesses and provides additional value by leveraging MCA’s full stack of services. EPC’s are expected to be highly resourceful, finding answers to difficult questions, aligning MCA resources, and ensuring “the ball is never dropped”. The EPC meets with customers on a weekly basis and often interfaces with a customer as the primary point of contact. While an Account Executive manages a relationship with a client, the EPC ensures the client is accessing MCA resources and Solutions effectively and without delay.
