Job Description:

The Role:

The Contractor Application Engineer will provide technical solutions in CMP filtration through product testing in laboratory and co-working with internal R&D and external customer for developing product evaluation and existing problem solving.

In this role you will:

Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions related to CMP filter characterization

Develop and present test methods to demonstrate filter performance and introduce new technologies that could be applied to filter validation.

Collaborate with CMP FAE and PM to communicate customer feedback and test results effectively.

Analyze returned filters, provide detailed reports to customers, and gather customer feedback to share with the CMP Business Unit.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

Excellent problem-solving, design capabilities, and customer service skills (BS degree required, MS degree preferred).

Detail-oriented, able to record/analyze quantitative data, make qualitative observations, and communicate findings clearly.

Knowledge and experience with semiconductor processes, chemicals or equipment or similar (3-5 years of working experience preferred).

Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
