As an entry-level sales recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and matching individuals to job opportunities. The role involves a combination of recruiting duties and sales tasks, such as client management and business development. it’s beneficial to have strong communication skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates: Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.

Screening: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates that match the job requirements.

Interviewing: Conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Client Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.

Coordination: Arranging interviews between candidates and clients, and providing follow-up communications.

Negotiation: Assisting in the negotiation of salaries and employment terms between selected candidates and clients.

Training: Participating in training programs to enhance recruiting techniques and sales skills.

Performance Goals: Meeting targets and performance goals related to the number of candidates placed and client satisfaction.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and clients.

Experience in sales or a strong interest in developing sales skills, as the role involves elements of sales and negotiation.
