Associate Sales Recruiter

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for an Associate Sales Recruiter for our Columbus, OH location.

Responsibilities * Accountable for identifying and attracting top-tier talent in alignment with established tools and strategies.

* Recruits using established Kimball Midwest tools, including street recruiting, phone contacting and screening.

* Provides effective follow-up with all field recruiting managers * Responsible for adhering to company employment policies and procedures and any applicable laws and regulations.

Actively participates in programs which promote compliance with existing and new laws.
