Full Stack Developer

Affirmative Technologies is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team as we build Affirmative’s next generation of innovative products. As part of the team you will be contributing to the design and architecture, developing new features, and incorporating emerging technologies.

What does an outstanding Full Stack Developer do?

We are looking for a skilled full stack .NET Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both .NET technologies for back-end development and React for frontend development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that deliver an exceptional user experience.

You can look forward to:

Developing responsive web applications using React for the frontend and .NET technologies for the backend.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Implementing security and data protection measures.

Staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in web development.

Participating in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.

Troubleshooting and debugging issues reported by users and QA teams.

Basic qualifications for consideration:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

Strong proficiency in .NET framework and C# programming language.

Experience with frontend development using React and related libraries (such as Redux).

Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience integrating with backend services.

Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).

Understanding of software development best practices, including agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).

Familiarity with microservices architecture.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Base salary

$85,000 to $110,000
