Position: Full-Time, 38 hrs/week

Role: Marketing Manager

As we spearhead our growth on the Gold Coast, we are in search of a Marketing Manager who is not only strategic and leadership-driven but also proficient in a range of technical skills including CRM, social media marketing, ads management, graphic design, and video editing. A background in the construction industry is crucial for understanding our market, services, and audience.

Qualifications & Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of in-depth marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a management role, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked within the construction or related industries.

Demonstrated expertise in crafting and executing marketing strategies with a significant digital component.

Hands-on experience with CRM software for sophisticated campaign management and customer engagement strategies.

Proven track record of managing social media platforms and executing successful ad campaigns, coupled with the ability to analyze and adjust strategies based on performance data.

Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro) to produce compelling visual content.

Experience in the construction industry, with a solid understanding of its market dynamics, customer base, and sales processes.

Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with additional certifications in digital marketing, graphic design, or video editing viewed favorably.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of an integrated marketing strategy that promotes our painting services to the construction industry and beyond.

Utilize CRM tools to their fullest potential, ensuring campaigns are targeted, effective, and result in high engagement and conversion rates.

Design and oversee social media and online advertising campaigns, constantly analyzing performance to increase ROI and lead generation.

Create high-quality, engaging graphic and video content that resonates with our target market in the construction industry, reinforcing our brand identity and services.

Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies, using insights to refine and optimize our marketing efforts.

Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate closely with sales and project teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
