Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Design Manager at Bharaj Machineries Pvt. Ltd. located in Vasai Virar. The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design process, managing a team of designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role involves creating design concepts, implementing design strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs. This is an on-site position that requires working at the company's location in Vasai Virar.

Qualifications

Proficiency in design software such as Solid Edge and Solid Works of Siemens make.

Strong knowledge of design principles and techniques

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Experience in managing design projects and meeting deadlines

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

Knowledge of rubber industry and machinery design is a plus

BE Mechanical Engineers with minimum 5-10 years in mechanical designs/draftings and projects.
