We have an opportunity for a senior level electrical or mechanical engineer to join our team and help grow our Ohio presence.

Experience within commercial, industrial, higher education and/or healthcare is a plus.

This individual will be responsible for managing and executing complex engineering design projects, with a focus on Higher Education, Healthcare, Laboratory, and similar sectors.

Key responsibilities include: Leading and overseeing MEP/FP engineering design from concept through construction Providing technical guidance and mentorship to project team members Conducting site visits for field investigations and construction oversight Managing project production, quality control, and delivery to meet client expectations This is a high-impact leadership role within a growing and dynamic organization, offering significant opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (BSME or BSEE) from an accredited institution Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical building systems and MEP design Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD for Building Information Modeling (BIM) Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills A proactive mindset with a strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications: LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) Interested in hearing more?
