Meet the Team:
As a Systems Integrator or Integration Developer at Dexcom, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to improve the lives of people with diabetes. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that integrate with our existing systems and products.
Where you come in:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop and test software integration
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure that our solutions meet their expectations
Configure and maintain integrations with a variety of systems, including Cisco, Genesys, Salesforce, and more
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely and efficient manner
Stay up-to-date on the latest integration technologies and best practices
What makes you successful:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
3+ years of experience in systems integration or software development
Familiarity with large-scale systems and technologies, such as Cisco, Genesys, Salesforce, etc.
Experience working with JSON/YAML and APIs
Experience with cloud-based technologies
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
