Job Duties:

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.

Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Dairy Queen outlet, including ensuring compliance with food safety standards, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Customer Satisfaction: Interact with customers to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns or feedback in a professional manner.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling costs to meet budgetary targets.

Training and Development: Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Shift Scheduling: Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while optimizing labor costs.

Financial Management: Assist in financial activities such as cash handling, reconciliations, and reporting to support business objectives.

Promotions and Marketing: Support promotional activities and marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness in the local community.
