Apriso Solution Architect - FlexNet

Job Summary : - We are seeking a dynamic Apriso Solution Architect with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of manufacturing operations and expertise in Apriso FlexNet platform implementation and customization.

- The role requires proficiency in designing and architecting solutions using Apriso FlexNet modules to meet the unique requirements of manufacturing organizations.

- The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong technical acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities : Apriso FlexNet Implementation : - Lead Apriso FlexNet implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Solution Design and Architecture : - Design and architect Apriso FlexNet solutions to address complex manufacturing challenges and meet specific business requirements.

Customization and Configuration : - Customize and configure Apriso FlexNet modules, workflows, and business logic to align with manufacturing processes and workflows.

Integration with External Systems : - Integrate Apriso FlexNet with external systems such as ERP, MES, PLM, and SCADA systems using standard integration protocols and APIs.

Technical Analysis and Documentation : - Conduct technical analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed design documents, technical specifications, and implementation plans.

Testing and Quality Assurance : - Develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Apriso FlexNet solutions.

- Conduct system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solution functionality and usability.

Training and Knowledge Transfer : - Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Apriso FlexNet solutions.

Troubleshooting and Support : - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and project teams during implementation and post-implementation phases.

Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field.

- 2 to 6 years of experience in Apriso FlexNet implementation and customization.

- Proficiency in Apriso FlexNet modules such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Time & Labor.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, processes, and workflows.

- Experience with integration technologies and protocols (e.g., XML, SOAP, REST, JDBC). - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
