Direct Client - Sr. QA Analyst - iOS/ Android Mobile Application

Duration: 9+ months (Extension possible) Location: 100% Remote (Seattle, WA/PST Hrs.) Establishing, sustaining, driving, and monitoring quality assurance processes, practices, and controls in support of application and system requirement, development and test activities throughout the software development and sustainment lifecycles.

Provides leadership and consulting on quality assurance methodology.

Leads quality improvements to requirement, development and test procedures and responsible for the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and tools.

Mentors and directs other quality assurance analysts.

* Experience with IDE - Android Studio/ Xcode Key projects: * Either helping IOS or android company's mobile app Daily Responsibilities: * Work experience in software application development and software quality assurance testing (5-7 years) * Experience creating and executing quality assurance test plans, scenarios, cases, checklists and scripts (5-7 years) * Experience in software requirements, development, and testing activities with multiple, simultaneous quality assurance efforts, and a track record as a contributor with providing quality assurance support in an analyst capacity, including tools development and usage * Demonstrated collaboration on project teams and interaction with project managers, business and functional analysts, developers and the business community directly related to quality assurance responsibilities and roles * Experience with reading, interpreting, and reviewing code * Demonstrate test management processes and technical skills, including an understanding of manual and automated test execution and performance related tools.

* Demonstrate knowledge using version control and defect tracking methods, including an understanding of associated tools * Knowledge of project management skills, including an understanding of project management processes and related tools * Knowledge of application software development life cycle concepts, lean and agile best practices, environment, and configuration management, as well as test management methodologies and practices * Experience in the fast-paced development environment, with two-week releases * Hands on mobile testing experience with iOS or Android (3-5 years); having both is a plus Nice-to-Haves: * Retail experience Disqualifiers: * Too many gaps/ too many jumps
