Senior Infrastructure Delivery Manager

Our growing client is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Program Manager with a background in all facets of infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT Infrastructure projects, as well as experience in planning and coordinating new facilities. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.

Manage project resources, including personnel, budgets, and equipment, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

Oversee facilities planning activities, including space utilization, layout design, and infrastructure requirements, to support the organization's IT initiatives.

Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to procure necessary resources and services for project implementation.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, leadership, and project teams on a regular basis.

Conduct post-project reviews and evaluations to assess project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related experience

Proven experience in IT infrastructure project management, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Demonstrated expertise in facilities planning, including space management, layout design, and infrastructure requirements.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications preferred.
