QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Relevant Tertiary qualification in Administration/Management/Operations/IT/HR
Prior experience as a learning/training coordinator
Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite

Strong attention to detail to ensure all training materials, event planning, administration requirements and logistics are in order.

Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during training and related events.
Strong ability to multitask and handle multiple requests and calendars.
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected changes and challenges that may arise during events.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong project management capabilities, and ability to coordinate sessions between teams, topics and timelines to meet requirements.
Initiative and Passion for Learning: Proactively contribute to administrative tasks, reporting, and basic training management, showcasing a genuine passion for Learning and Development and a willingness to learn and grow.
ADVANTAGEOUS TECHNICAL SKILLS
Knowledge of process management and business administration
Excellent knowledge of Jira and Confluence Agile Tools
Good understanding of governance and compliance requirements
Good understanding of training material and training coordination
ROLE:
Coordinate daily with the Operations Excellence Specialist and Instructional Content Designer to ensure deliverables and priorities are aligned on a daily basis.
Work closely with all product owners, teams and operations experts to document training requirements across all operations excellence topics.
Coordinate planning activities across INOPs Academy, as well as coordinating activities across different teams and content development plans.
Responsible for reporting and tracking overall projects and streams.
Reporting status in the weekly meetings and ceremonies.
Following up on deadlines and ensuring escalations are provided to the Operations Excellence Specialist in advance.
Arrange room bookings and scheduling for all required sessions.
