As a Server, you'll be at the heart of the action, delivering exceptional service with a smile and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable time at Apex. Responsibilities:

Exceptional Guest Service:

Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.

Work collaboratively with team members and effectively communicate needs to management.

Demonstrate thorough knowledge of our menu items and ingredients to assist guests with inquiries and provide recommendations.

Engage with guests at the table, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Order Taking and Delivery:

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.

Serve orders promptly and deliver them to the table with precision and attention to detail.

Clear tables and remove dinnerware in a timely manner to maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Menu and Attraction Knowledge:

Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, including food and beverage options, to provide detailed descriptions and answer guest questions.

Stay informed about Apex Entertainment attractions to effectively assist guests with inquiries and provide recommendations.

Side work and Team Support:

Complete opening and closing side work tasks, including restocking, and organizing, to ensure smooth operations.

Support team members by answering phone calls, assisting with seating guests, and pre-bussing other servers' tables.

Work collaboratively with the team to fulfill running side work responsibilities, such as running food and beverages, resetting tables, and restocking wait stations.

Flexibility and Adaptability:

Maintain awareness of your surroundings and stay informed about activities throughout the facility.

Be open to additional tasks assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum age of 18 years old.

Fun and personable.

Eager to learn a new skill.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Weekend availability is a must.

Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to remain composed during busy and stressful times.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests and provide exceptional service.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience working events is a plus.
