Trident Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Punjab. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in business analysis, preferably within the manufacturing or textile industry. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing business processes, and delivering impactful solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee business analysis activities, including requirement gathering, process analysis, and solution design.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, objectives, and challenges.

3. Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.

4. Develop comprehensive business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to support proposed initiatives.

5. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

6. Translate business requirements into clear and concise documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.

7. Work closely with technical teams to ensure that solutions align with business needs and requirements.

8. Drive the implementation of new processes, systems, and technologies, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.

9. Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and business expectations.

10. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, mentoring them in best practices and methodologies.

11. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of implemented solutions.

12. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and process improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.

2. 4 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of success in driving business transformation initiatives.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

5. Solid understanding of business processes, workflows, and systems.

6. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management.

7. Experience with project management methodologies and tools is highly desirable.

8. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
