Software Developer - Spring/Python

Job Title : Developer Position Overview : We are seeking a talented and motivated Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating high-quality software solutions.

As a Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production and test environments.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Document software designs, technical specifications, and test plans.

- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software applications.

Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.

- Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django, React, Angular, etc.). - Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL). - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
