Responsibilities : - Manage and administer Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure to support software deployment, patch management, and endpoint security.
- Design, configure, and maintain SCCM collections, packages, and deployments to ensure efficient software distribution and updates across the organization.
- Monitor SCCM client health and compliance status, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain endpoint security and stability.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to define SCCM policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Plan and execute SCCM upgrades, migrations, and deployments of new features and functionality, following best practices and change management processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff and end-users on SCCM functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest SCCM releases, patches, and security vulnerabilities, and implement necessary updates and configurations to safeguard the SCCM infrastructure.
Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an SCCM administrator or similar role, with in-depth knowledge of SCCM architecture, components, and functionality.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing software deployments, software updates, and endpoint protection using SCCM.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve SCCM-related issues and errors.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred : - Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-101, MD-100) or similar certifications.
- Experience with SCCM integration with Microsoft Intune for co-management and cloud-based device management.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices for IT service management and change management processes.
