As a Java Developer, you will work on developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that drive innovation in the financial sector.

Responsibilities : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and define project objectives.

- Design, develop, test and maintain Java-based applications and software solutions in alignment with project requirements.

- Develop technical specifications and design documents to guide the implementation process.

- Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure the smooth functioning of fintech applications.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in Java development and the fintech industry.

Skills Required : - Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.). - Experience with web services (RESTful, SOAP), databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL), and version control systems (Git, SVN). - Knowledge of fintech concepts and technologies, such as Loan Management, digital banking, financial analytics blockchain and cryptocurrency, is desirable.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Java development.

- Prior work experience in the Loan Management Industry Domain is beneficial.

- Experience in the fintech industry or related financial services is a plus.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
