Summary: Prepares product for systems level assembly to include unpacking, set-up assembly, final packaging and repair as required.

Responsibilities: * Accesses the appropriate paperwork and necessary drawings for each job assignment * Verifies kits, enters Batch lot information, package and label accessory items according to documented instructions * Uses appropriate mats and all required tooling * Checks equipment (torque wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) to ensure proper performance * Uses manufacturing routings and process instructions under close supervision * May assemble a variety of systems integration subassemblies * Notifies leadership of any shut down situations * Enters data into Process Feedback System (PFS) and link subassemblies to final unit * Enters quantities into Operations Complete (Baan) when required * All employees are responsible for the Quality of their work to ensure BEI meets or exceeds Customer Satisfaction.

* Disassemble, repair and reassemble units in certified repair operations * Use manufacturing routings and process instructions under minimal supervision Other information: * High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of SI experience * Ability to perform repair or test, Some heavy mechanical assembly * Demonstrate good component recognition skills * Understanding of basic computer skills * Effective interpersonal skills * Demonstrate high attention to detail * Demonstrate discretion, confidentiality and professionalism when representing the company * Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required * Ability to work overtime as needed * Ability to work with diverse groups * Participate in a continuous improvement activity * Ability to read, write and perform basic math Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Geographical Location: Minnesota: Rochester Physical Location: Rochester, MN Shift: Shift 4 Work Schedule: F-Su 0600-1800 Full Time Benchmark is an equal opportunity employer.
