YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY The Strategy, Grants and Performance team works with our internal stakeholders to evaluate and contribute evidenced based data needed to elevate our programs and services.

The team also collects and analyzes data to be captured in a wide variety of proposals, and strives to keep informed of trends in our community.

Our team of professionals build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our programs and services being offered are meeting the targets and performance expectations of the grants received, or those we are in partnership with.

We have experts who love to get into the data and analyze it to ensure CMHA is leading edge in delivery of our services in the community.

The Senior Analyst, Systems and Quality role is responsible for working with the central team and across the organization to manage and use the client, program, and related systems to support evidence-based decision-making.

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field; credentials with a system, business analysis and/or quality focus including successful history of effectively supporting the use of information technology to automate business processes would be an asset.

Five or more years of experience in a decision support environment in service organizations, including experience with client and relationship management cloud-based computer solutions.

Experience with the following would be considered an asset: Client (Penelope) and CRM (Civi) systems, advanced MS Suite, SQL server, SharePoint, Tableau or equivalents.

Strong business and systems analysis skills and abilities, coordinating work with system stakeholders, and ability to learn new tools and technology to support role.

Excellent analytical skills and data presentation skills; Ability to critically evaluate and synthesize relevant sources of data.

The ability to apply a project management approach to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Knowledge and understanding of not-for-profit and grant funding management is an asset.

Provide effective project management as needed to achieve strategic and operational plan goals and deliverables.

Permanent Full Time (35 hours per week) The COVID-19 vaccination is a job requirement and a condition of employment.

Offers of employment will be conditional upon proof of full immunization against COVID-19 with a Health Canada approved vaccine, prior to the candidates’ start date.
