Undertake project conceptualisation, identifying the key requirements for developing the proposal.

Identify risks and include appropriate mitigation strategies and contingency in the proposal.

Plan and manage the quality of deliverables.

Accurately estimate the cost and duration of the solution identifying reduced cost methods to deliver outcomes.

Develop high quality proposals that meet the customer’s requirements.

Develop proposals that adhere to or exclude contract conditions.

Manage internal proposal review and approval process.

Proposals are submitted on time.

Adhere to project and estimation processes.

Maintain effective relationships with customers.

Builds rapport and trust with the customer by demonstrating a genuine care for their needs.

Delivers services that delight customers and meets their expectations.

Understands and manages the customer’s expectations and how it relates to the scope of work.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the electrical/automation industry.

Proven experience in estimation, and profitable delivery, of electrical automation projects.

Strong technical, commercial, communication and grammatical skills.
