The Role

Senior Estimator who can lead hard-bid and negotiated pursuits from concept through GMP. You'll own the full estimating process — quantity takeoffs, subcontractor solicitation, scope review, and final bid assembly. You'll also mentor junior estimators and help build systems as the department scales. This is a department-leadership-track role, not a seat where you churn bids until you burn out.

What You Bring

7+ years of estimating experience with a commercial GC or CM firm

Strong conceptual estimating skills — you can price from a napkin sketch

Deep experience with hard-bid and negotiated delivery methods

Proficient in On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, and Excel (BuildingConnected or ProEst a plus)

Proven track record of winning work
