Qualifications / Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

5+ years of experience in Android development

Solid knowledge of Android SDK, Java, Kotlin, and other relevant programming languages for Android app development.

Strong knowledge and working experience on Android IPC Mechanisms such as Intents, Broadcasts, Content Providers, Bound Services, AIDL.

Experience in developing applications for embedded Android systems, touchscreen devices, and IoT screens.

Proficiency in hardware interaction and familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., UART, I2C, SPI) for interfacing with sensors, actuators, and other hardware components.

Familiarity with IoT technologies, protocols, and platforms for seamless integration and data exchange with IoT devices.

Strong understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented design, design patterns, and best practices.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality and reliable software solutions.

Previous knowledge of React Native would be an added advantage.

Ability to quickly learn React Native with Redux/Mobx.
