Job Overview

Neumatica Technologies is looking to hire a skilled and experienced PLC Programmer to join our team. As a PLC Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining programmable logic controller (PLC) systems used in our manufacturing processes. This is a mid-level position with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience as a PLC programmer in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages, such as ladder logic and structured text.

Experience with PLC hardware and software, including Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Schneider Electric systems.

Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols.

Ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and implement them effectively.

Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Roles And Responsibilities

Designing, programming, and testing PLC systems for manufacturing processes.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop effective solutions.

Troubleshooting and resolving PLC system issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing automation solutions.

Writing and maintaining technical documentation and standard operating procedures for PLC systems.
