Create & maintain Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings

Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support applications.

Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components,ec

Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience

Identify unused or underutilized platform features

Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders

Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer

DevOps/release management experience

Assisting with requirements gathering, design and development

Creating test cases or test scripts for unit testing

Performing production support for IT systems

Leading focused discussions on technical topics

Leading & guiding junior developers

Reading/Creating technical system documents

Communicating and collaborating within different sections of IT and business area

Salesforce Development using lightning components Required
