Job Overview

We are seeking a GPS Technical Engineer with Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at j technologies india private limited. As a GPS Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise for our GPS and related products. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

1 to 3 years of experience in technical support or a similar role, preferably in the GPS industry.

Knowledge of GPS technology and related software.

Familiarity with GPS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Certifications in GPS technology or related areas would be a plus.

Roles And Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain GPS devices and related equipment at customer sites.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GPS products.

Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and functionality of GPS devices.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

Assist in the development and testing of new GPS products and features.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in GPS technology.

Document and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and technical solutions provided.

Conduct regular product performance evaluations and propose enhancements or modifications as needed.

Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures for quality and safety.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall product performance and customer satisfaction.
