AWS Solutions Architect

We are seeking a talented Solution Architect with proven experience in architecting large-scale applications within the AWS ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS services, particularly AWS CDK and creating Lambda functions using TypeScript/Python, as well as expertise in MongoDB, GraphQL, and related technologies. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing robust, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet our clients' business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design customized solutions that leverage AWS services, MongoDB, GraphQL, and other relevant technologies.

Architect and implement scalable and resilient cloud-native applications using AWS CDK, Lambda functions, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and other AWS services.

Develop detailed technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and documentation for proposed solutions.

Provide guidance and technical leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Stay updated on the latest AWS services, best practices, and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions to address emerging challenges.

Serve as a subject matter expert on cloud architecture and provide mentorship and training to junior team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience architecting and implementing large-scale applications in the AWS ecosystem.

Strong proficiency in AWS services such as AWS CDK, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, ECS, etc.

Extensive hands-on experience developing Lambda functions using TypeScript/Python.

Solid understanding of database technologies, particularly MongoDB, and experience designing and optimizing MongoDB databases.

Familiarity with GraphQL and its implementation in cloud-native applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams.

AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus.
