Rivulet Digital - UI/UX Designer - Photoshop/Illustrator

We are looking for a talented & creative UI UX Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and digital products.

This role requires a keen understanding of user behavior, exceptional design skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities : - Conduct comprehensive user research, including surveys and interviews, to gather insights and understand user needs and preferences - Perform competitive analysis and industry research to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities for innovation in UX/UI design - Collaborate closely with project managers and development teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables - Translate user insights and requirements into intuitive sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts - Create visually appealing and engaging user interfaces by applying principles of user-centered design and incorporating feedback from users and clients - Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of design concepts - Conduct usability testing and user feedback sessions, analyze findings, and iterate designs to optimize the user experience - Stay abreast of emerging technologies, design tools, and methodologies, and integrate them into the design process to enhance efficiency and productivity - Develop and maintain design documentation, including design guidelines, specifications, and style guides - Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams and clients Desired Skills : - Proven 5 years of experience as a UI UX Designer or in a similar role - Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and InDesign - Ability to conduct thorough user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards - Excellent visual design skills with the ability to create visually appealing and cohesive interfaces - Collaborative mindset and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify design issues and devise elegant solutions - Familiarity with interactive prototyping tools to create high-fidelity prototypes with advanced functionality - Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to articulate design concepts, processes, and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Experience with client communication and managing client expectations - Passion for staying updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry advancements - 5 days wokring - Work from office only - Location : Ahmedabad (ref:hirist.tech)
