Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to gather information, prepare quotes, and create proposals for clients.

Sales Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and travel expenses.

Generate regular reports for the sales team and management on sales progress and client engagement.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products or services and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

Address client inquiries about product details, capabilities, and potential applications.

Collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues in sales, customer support, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Share insights and feedback from clients to improve overall service quality.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field are a plus.

2+ years' experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success

Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies

Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Comfortable with regular & occasional after-hour (emergency) travel.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
