Dental Territory Sales Manager

Location: Columbus, OH

Salary: Base: $80,000-$90,000

OTE: $130,000 (uncapped)

Benefits: Full benefits include Medical (employee only), Dental, 401K, Vision, Car Allowance, PTO, All expenses paid

Travel: Overnight travel required: 50%

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with dental practices and clients within your territory.

Product Education & Demonstrations: Educate clients about our products and services, and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations.

Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential leads for future sales opportunities.

Sales Performance: Set and exceed sales quotas while tracking and reporting sales activities in an organized manner.

Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall team performance. Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree required.

Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of current dental sales experience within the Columbus, OH territory

Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
