The Digital Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in developing and implementing online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic to the company website, and acquire new customers through various digital channels. This role is vital for ensuring the company's online presence is optimized to meet business objectives and engage the target audience effectively.

Key responsibilities

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, PPC, and social media.

Utilize analytics tools to evaluate and optimize digital marketing performance, and provide insightful reports and recommendations for improvement.

Create and maintain social media presence, and engage with the audience to foster brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.

Plan and execute content marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

Monitor and enhance website user experience and performance, ensuring high conversion rates.

Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to develop and implement digital marketing initiatives.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement them to keep the company ahead of the competition.

Support the sales team by providing necessary digital marketing materials and insights to drive sales conversions.

Contribute to the development of the overall marketing strategy and participate in cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.

Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer retention.

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.

Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and other SEO and PPC platforms.

Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.

Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and driving results.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.

Experience working with digital marketing tools and software.

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Certifications in digital marketing tools or platforms would be a plus.

Knowledge of web design, HTML, and CSS is advantageous.
