The primary responsibility of this role is to create comprehensive and user-friendly documentation content related to quality processes and procedures using various systems, including PowerPoint, VKS, and Proceed. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transmission remanufacturing processes and exceptional technical writing skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with quality assurance teams to understand and document quality processes, standards, and procedures.

Create and update documentation content using tools like PowerPoint, VKS, and Proceed, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Develop visually appealing and informative materials, including visual aids, work instructions, process flowcharts, and training modules.

Work closely with subject matter experts to gather information and validate the accuracy of content.

Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing documentation to reflect process changes and improvements.

Ensure that all documentation complies with industry regulations and company standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the usability and accessibility of documentation content.

Train employees on how to effectively use and interpret the documentation created.

Provide support for continuous improvement initiatives by documenting best practices and process optimization techniques.

Qualifications:

2+ years related documentation creation experience.

Have a Can-Do Attitude, with good time management, and decision-making skills.

Self-starting and motivation; believe in teamwork and uphold the ability to always help others.

Must embrace ETE’s core values.

Strong communication skills with great attention to detail

Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office

Transmission rebuilding experience is preferred.

Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in a manufacturing or remanufacturing environment.

Proficiency in using documentation software and systems, such as PowerPoint, VKS, Proceed, and other related tools.

Strong understanding of transmission remanufacturing processes and quality standards.

Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to transmission remanufacturing is a plus.
