Required Skills & Experience

High School Diploma or GED

1–3 years of experience in a processing or administrative role

Basic knowledge of mortgage loans and mortgage documentation

Comfortable using PC and internet-based tools

Advanced Excel skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience using the Mortgage Servicing Package (MSP) system

Prior customer service experience

Familiarity with recasts, partial releases, and mortgage modifications

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking to bring a Consumer Loan Specialist on to the team. This role supports mortgage operations by processing loan documentation, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with day to day administrative tasks.
