Salary:
We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team at ZIWO - KSA Team.

Technical/Interpersonal Competencies:
Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Outstanding customer-service skills and a dedication to the customer’s experience.
Basic knowledge of Freeswitch / Asterisk
Good knowledge of using API tools like Postman, and Swagger.
Hands-on Experience with Low Code Automation Tools.
Responsibilities:
Implementation of Cloud IVR Solutions
Interaction with clients to understand technical requirements.
Work under tight deadlines and respond to dynamic technical challenges
Develop and maintain documentation for the design and solution
Provide technical support and respond to customers requests
Flexible working hours to provide timely and accurate solutions
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
Proven Experience with Shell Scripting (Bash, Python ..)
Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs
Hands-on Experience with Linux OS
Good IT troubleshooting skills
Hands-on Experience with providing technical support to customers via phone or email
Excellence English Communication Skills
Good knowledge of using Mac OS along with Windows OS
