We seek a skilled Project Manager with specialized experience in low-voltage systems to join our dynamic team. This role requires technical proficiency in IT infrastructure solutions, structured cabling, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from conception through completion, ensuring that all work meets high-quality standards, time, and budget requirements.

What you'll be doing:

Plan, initiate, and manage IT infrastructure projects, focusing on low-voltage systems such as structured cabling, fiber optic installations, and video surveillance.

Coordinate and communicate between clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Conduct site surveys and project evaluations to assess the requirements and feasibility of the proposed solution.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and final reviews.

Manage and oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.

Identify and resolve project issues and discrepancies promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Liaise with suppliers and contractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring all project materials are procured on time and within budget.

Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends in digital transformation and IT infrastructure, applying this knowledge to improve processes and solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT infrastructure projects, with a strong background in low-voltage systems.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Professional certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.

Strong knowledge of structured cabling, fiber optic installation, wireless networks, and other low-voltage disciplines.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.

Demonstrated ability to manage projects within allocated budgets and timelines.

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure solutions and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.

Willingness to work on a night shift
