Senior Program Manager - Vital Stats

Experience managing large projects and managing work streams in both IT and the business

Must have experience working with a government Vital Statistics department and be familiar with the business processes and IT applications associated with all types of Vital Events.

Experience and understanding with the Ohio Local Health Departments' role in providing birth and death certificates to Ohio citizens

Experience collecting and managing Public Health data from State of Ohio agencies via the Innovation Ohio Platform (IOP)

Experience with various APIs to/from the IOP platform (e.g., Mulesoft)

Strong communication skills especially with executive leadership

Strong PM skills including project planning, risk management, vendor management and executive status reporting
