Data Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Data Architect with expertise in Healthcare insurance or Pharmacy benefit Management to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs in the healthcare industry. Your proficiency in software development, AWS cloud services, database development, and Python programming will be critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions leveraging your expertise in PBM and software development.

Optimization: Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, ensuring optimal performance and resource utilization.

Cloud Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services to architect solutions that are scalable, secure, and reliable.

Development: Design and develop databases tailored to the specific needs of each project, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.

Development: Utilize Python and other relevant technologies to develop custom solutions, automate processes, and integrate disparate systems.

Solutions: Leverage your experience in developing data-driven solutions to create insights and drive informed decision-making for our clients.

Glue Integration: Utilize AWS Glue as a key technology in building data solutions, leveraging its capabilities for data integration, transformation, and management.

Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with best practices, architectural principles, and industry standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Requirements:

of 10+ years of overall experience & 4+ yrs a Solution Architect with a focus on Pharmacy Benefit Management or Health insurance or Healthcare payers.

experience in software development and design, with proficiency in Python and similar technologies.

expertise in AWS cloud services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, Glue, and Redshift.

knowledge of database development, including SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.

experience in designing and implementing data-driven solutions.

track record of successfully architecting and implementing scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.

communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

certification(s) such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect is a plus.
