McKinley Marketing Partners is in search of a Digital Marketing Specialist for a contract position with our client, an investment company located in Arlington, VA. The focus will be on curating an exceptional digital-first website experience. The ideal candidate will excel in collaborating with leadership, leading significant website projects, and have a proven track record in enhancing client and prospect engagement through digital channels.

Responsibilities:

Utilize strong project management skills to plan and execute end-to-end content marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with project objectives and timelines.

Make recommendations to enhance the digital client experience.

Lead large-scale website improvement projects.

Oversee content publishing and distribution across owned channels.

Maintain a digital roadmap supporting short-term goals and long-term objectives, acting as the product owner fortwo websites

Manage day-to-day website responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, including monthly and quarter-end updates.

Enhance SEO strategy to drive increased website traffic.

Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency within the marketing technology stack, driving process improvements and implementing best practices.

Qualifications:

5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in financial services or a highly regulated industry.

Comprehensive understanding of the evolving investment management marketing landscape.

Experience in defining and executing digital marketing strategies, leading website enhancements and redesigns, and building integrated digital client experiences.

Ability to drive progress in a dynamic and complex operating environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex digital concepts and technologies in simple terms and convey business context to technologists.

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience and knowledge of webcast management platforms (CMS).

Proven track record managing external partners and agencies.

Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing enablement tools.

Availability to work between 32-40 hours/week depending on team needs.
