GENERAL PURPOSE:

As a Marketing Data Architect & Analyst at BraunAbility, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development and management of our data integration processes using Snowflake, Salesforce CRM, FiveTran and Mulesoft to consolidate data from various sources into a unified and accessible format. You will drive the expansion of marketing insights by interpreting data, analyzing results and providing ongoing reports via PowerBI and Datoroma.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, create data models, and implement data strategies that support our business objectives and turn actionable insights into guided business decisions. As the Product Owner for the Marketing PowerBI reports, Datoroma reports and the other tools, you will lead their management and optimization to ensure they meet the organization's data, integration, and business intelligence needs efficiently.

You will play a pivotal role in improving our marketing strategies to attract, engage, and activate buyers throughout their journey This role reports to the Global Marketing Technology Director and will partner with Global Business Functions and Business Units across the enterprise. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Gathers, prepares and analyzes user requirements to create complex marketing reports and moderately complex to advanced Power BI marketing dashboards, utilizing enterprise data systems like Snowflake, Mulesoft and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security. Designs and delivers data-driven solutions to measure and maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) for our product offerings. Implements Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes using FiveTran to move and transform data from source systems to data warehouses. Collaborates with the Global Marketing Technology Director, martech team, global brand team, business unit marketing teams, Global Data Architecture Team and other business stakeholders to define data quality and marketing analytics strategy, align it with company goals and objectives and mature our data collection, reporting, and analysis capabilities. Presents strategic data-based recommendations to key partners. Leads and manages the execution of the monthly marketing scorecard for each business unit and globally. Optimizes marketing campaigns by collaborating with marketing peers to improve digital marketing campaigns, provide deep analysis on benchmarks and goals, and provide future recommendations. Develops standardized reporting for marketing teams to discover and deliver consumable campaign insights and customer journey insights. Helps formulate customer targeting and segmentation strategy (email marketing, SEM, etc.). Works closely with Marketing Automation team members managing our CDP with identity resolution, clean rooms, and building personalized audience segments to create a holistic view of the consumer. Designs and maintains data models, data dictionaries, and data mapping to ensure data consistency and accuracy. Establishes data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry best practices. Develops and implements data integration processes using Snowflake and MuleSoft to consolidate data from various sources and applications. Works closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, software developers, and business analysts, to ensure that data solutions align with business needs. Establishes positive relationships within marketing and sales teams, guiding opportunities and performance recommendations. Manages our Qualtrics customer survey platform including NPS surveys and reporting. Leads the management and optimization of enterprise data tools as the product owner, ensuring they meet the organization's data and integration needs efficiently. Defines and executes the strategic marketing analytics roadmap for Power BI Premium, Datoroma and CDP aligning them with business objectives. Develop end-user education strategies and provides training and supports business unit marketing teams and other stakeholders, ensuring they can effectively utilize these tools for their data and integration needs. Oversee the development of end-user materials for end user training, adoption and education.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's or higher degree in Data Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of direct IT work experience required. An equivalent combination of education and work experience equal to 7 years will also be considered.

Proven experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and database design concepts.

Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.

Experience with remote access tools and Python to generate reports

Expert knowledge of Salesforce CRM, data governance and data quality best practices

Experience working with CDPs

Familiarity with business intelligence and data analytics tools, with expertise in Power BI and Datoroma.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Project management expertise

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Certification in data management or data architecture

Experience with cloud-based data platforms

Knowledge of big data technologies
