Job Title: React.JS Developer

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Job Description:

8 + years of expertise in React.js, with ability to lead a group of developers and be able to architect & design.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and design of React.js applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Demonstrate extensive skills and experience needed to influence, mentor, and coach both junior and senior developers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and code quality.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in React.js and frontend development, incorporating new technologies and best practices into our development processes.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our development workflows.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (master's degree preferred).

8+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a focus on React.js.

Proven experience in React.js is a MUST

Proven track record of designing and implementing complex React.js applications from conception to deployment.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.

Deep understanding of frontend builds tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript programming.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
