[Position] Data Analyst(FP&A담당, 3년 이상)

INPSIRE Entertainment Resort Finance의 FP&A 팀에서 주니어급 Data Analyst를 채용합니다. Finance와 관련된 Planning 과 Analysis를 Support 하기 위한 각종 Data 관리 및 리포트 업무를 주로 담당하게 됩니다. 지원 직무 관련 유관 업무 경력 3년 이상 경력자에 한하여 지원 가능하며, SQL 등 데이터 분석 관련 Tool활용이 가능하신 분은 우대합니다. 자세한 사항은 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

[Position Summary]

This position will play a critical role in enhancing our financial decision-making processes through advanced data analytics and modeling. This role requires a blend of financial acumen and technical data skills to support strategic decision-making, business planning, and performance evaluation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing, along with an analytical mindset and financial expertise.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (includes but not limited to)

Data-Driven Financial Analysis: Leverage SQL and other data analysis tools to conduct comprehensive financial analysis. This includes performing variance analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and evaluation of business performance.

Financial Reporting and Dashboards: Develop, maintain, and deliver management reports, financial dashboards using SQL queries and ETL processes to extract meaningful insights from large datasets. Present these insights to senior leadership to aid in strategic decision-making.

Business Collaboration: Work closely with business units, understanding their data and financial needs, and providing support in financial planning and analysis. Implement and manage automated data workflows to ensure efficient and accurate financial reporting.

KPI Tracking and Data Visualization: Define, monitor, and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) using advanced data analytics tools to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.

Process Improvement: Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Ad-hoc Projects: Undertake ad-hoc financial analysis and projects to address specific business challenges and opportunities.

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a data analysis or FP&A function

Demonstrated expertise in SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial and data sets.

Proficiency in data visualization and financial modeling tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems, with a strong understanding of data integration and automation.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean

Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential.

Requires a valid driver’s license and passport.

Office work environment

Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time

Based on Operational requirements, be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods(Shift Schedule) especially for planned Event.

Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea. (해외 여행의 결격 사유가 없는 자)
