Role: Maintenance Manager

Base Salary $105-$110k

Relocation Assistance

10% Bonus

SUMMARY:

The Maintenance Manager must be a bilingual (Spanish) compelling servant leader who will create a culture of inclusivity across multiple departments. They will lead a team in a creative and collaborative environment. At the same time, aligning employees' work habits with the company's vision and mission is essential. This manager will be engaging and respectful and encourage professional growth through employee development, mentorship, and performance management. They will train managers, leads, and employees in best practices for maintenance work, service, and safety standards. This individual is responsible for all aspects of the organization's facility maintenance and makes recommendations to senior management to prioritize and improve the overall working function of every aspect of the facility.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Train, develop, and educate maintenance staff to improve technical ability—coach and guide staff to understand the operation and improve performance.

Effectively manage and supervise all maintenance personnel assigned to the department, giving direction to staff members.

Attend executive-level meetings and provide strategic input.

Develop department KPIs.

Serve in an expert role to oversee all aspects of the facility's maintenance operations, focusing on quality, health, and safety.

Plan, organize, oversee, and administer all work assigned to the maintenance department.

Oversee daily operations of all systems.

Assist in developing and implementing a company culture aligned with company visions and mission statement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 10 + years of proven and relevant experience in a Facility.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hands-on managerial role leading and developing teams
