Sr. Datawarehouse/ BI Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing our Data Warehouse, Dashboards, and Reporting systems. Your primary tasks will include troubleshooting and tuning existing systems, writing and modifying SSRS and Power BI reports, designing and improving ETL processes, and maintaining Azure DevOps Pipelines. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and updating Power BI Data Models, fostering relationships with end-users to optimize reports and integrations, and documenting system processes for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and tune existing Data Warehouse, Dashboards, and Reporting systems.

Write and modify SSRS and Power BI reports.

Design and improve current ETL processes.

Maintain Azure DevOps Pipelines.

Create and update Power BI Data Models.

Develop relationships with end-users to optimize existing reports and integrations.

Document and maintain system processes.

Recommend improvements and controls based on identified problems.

Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies through educational workshops and professional networks.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Information Science.

5 to 10 years of experience in the field or related area.

Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Transact-SQL, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, Visual Studio, and Power BI.

Experience with Azure Data Factory and Pipelines.

Familiarity with Essbase and MDX scripts is a plus.

Operational Data Warehouse experience preferred.

Strong technical skills and ability to work in a team setting.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and resolve issues independently.

Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
