Job purpose
Plan digital marketing campaigns strategy, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising to support eCommerce, Retail Proposition and Retail Distribution digital paid campaigns (awareness and leads acquisition)
Grasp current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead and manage digital agencies, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to plan, execute and successfully manage digital paid media campaigns on time and on budget
Liaise with internal/ external stakeholders to ensure the proper development of digital assets to support the campaigns execution including the creation of landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to measure and report on the performance of all digital paid campaigns (ROI and KPIs), assess against goals, and optimize digital media spend while measuring experiments and conversion tests. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Brainstorm and evaluate new and creative growth strategies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Oversee the implementation of SEO and campaigns initiatives for better funnel conversion and efficiency for eCommerce
Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Performance
Awareness, leads generated and policies issued through e-commerce when relevant
Campaign delivery on time and on budget
Campaign reach, Cost-per-acquisition, conversion rates as per agreed KPIs for the campaign
Management of digital agency
Achieve target campaign metrics and KPI’s (impressions, conversion rates, number of conversions, CTR, and CPA)
Tracking and Optimization
Establish targeting and material development best practices and profitable CPA model
Tracking implementation as provided by Digital analytics manager
Monitoring of campaigns and optimization
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in marketing, business or communications
Proven working experience (10 years) in digital paid media, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Can lead and foster collaboration in a cross-functional setup
Has the ability to input digital campaign planning and manage campaign execution from providing brief and guidance to creative materials development, and digital campaign reporting)
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking and command on tracking and tagging implementation (google certifications recommended - Google Analytics - AdWords), Marketing CRM / automation, SEO/ SEM
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels thanks to A/B testings
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be a team player but can work autonomously
Innovative, adaptive, and willing to learn
Experience in insurance and financial industry is a plus
